Our BA (Hons) Media and Television Production is an industry-focused course. You'll get the skills, knowledge and experience you need to join the production crews of tomorrow.
This course will give you excellent opportunities to develop your production skill set and enhance your career prospects. In our Media Factory, you’ll learn production processes and techniques using industry standard facilities. You'll also stay updated on industry practices and technical standards.
You will have multiple opportunities to be creative. You'll produce a body of work that will showcase the breadth of your diverse craft skills. You will work on real-world briefs and collaborative projects. You’ll develop the skills needed to launch your career in media and television production. Caring and enthusiastic lecturers will support you throughout.
Our course provides a wide range of industry-standard location production equipment. You'll also have access to production studios and post-production facilities including:
- Multi-camera (Ultra High Definition) television studio with a full studio LED lighting rig
- Professional standard edit suites
- Colour grading suites and Foley suites
- Multi-track audio studio
- Dedicated multimedia computer suites with up-to-date media software
