Computing now sits behind nearly every industry, and a genuinely broad computer science education needs to combine strong programming fundamentals with exposure to emerging fields such as AI and data science. The BSc (Hons) Computer Science at the University of Hertfordshire builds this foundation across programming, systems, databases and networks, before final-year study in areas including computer security, concurrency and user experience.
