Overview:

The East Asian Studies BA (Hons) introduces students to the histories, cultures, societies and ideas that have shaped East Asia. Through an interdisciplinary approach, the course develops a broad understanding of the region while encouraging students to examine its diversity, connections and changing place in the wider world.

Learning Outcomes:

Students will also be able to compare different societies and perspectives, evaluate information and arguments critically, and communicate their analysis clearly in an academic setting.
