Course Description

Overview

Mastering the intricate scientific principles behind human health and delivering compassionate, evidence-based healthcare are the foundational pillars of modern medical practice. The MBBS Medicine at Queen Mary University of London offers an immersive medical education that seamlessly integrates foundational biological science with clinical training from the very beginning of the degree. Students benefit from early contact with patients in diverse hospital and primary care environments, learning alongside leading clinical researchers and medical practitioners. The curriculum employs evidence-based teaching techniques, combining large-group lectures, problem-based learning, team-based workshops, and hands-on clinical skills training. Learners explore human anatomy, pathology, and therapeutics through advanced simulation suites and practical laboratory sessions. This pathway is designed for dedicated individuals driven to understand disease mechanics, master diagnostic skills, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care across healthcare settings.
